The construction of the Old Dominion Freight Line Distribution Center in Glenville, NY required high-performance concrete work to support heavy freight operations and exacting standards. AJS Masonry, Inc. was brought in to handle both the super flat slab on grade and the cast-in-place tilt-up exterior wall system.

Located in the center of downtown Saratoga Springs, NY, the 422 Broadway project required both technical expertise and strategic coordination. This four-story, mixed-use commercial and residential building called for a substantial amount of structural concrete — and AJS Masonry, Inc. was selected to handle the challenge.

As part of the second phase of renovations to the iconic Harmony Mills complex in Cohoes, NY, AJS Masonry, Inc. was contracted to complete the masonry restoration package for the historic Building #1 and Building #4. These monumental brick and stone structures, originally constructed over 175 years ago, are central to the region’s industrial heritage and are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

A true icon in Albany, NY, All Saints Cathedral has stood for more than 130 years as a cornerstone of the city’s architectural and spiritual heritage. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this Gothic Revival masterpiece recently underwent critical exterior masonry restoration — work entrusted to AJS Masonry, Inc., a trusted expert in historic masonry restoration across the Capital Region.

As part of the ongoing revitalization of downtown Saratoga Springs, NY, AJS Masonry, Inc. was contracted to deliver the entire masonry scope for the newly constructed 18 Division Street mixed-use building.

AJS Masonry, Inc. is proud to have completed the structural concrete work for Captain’s Lookout Luxury Apartments in Cohoes, NY, a multi-building, six-story residential development.

As part of New York State’s initiative to revitalize and modernize its existing infrastructure, Building #5 at the Harriman State Office Campus in Albany, NY underwent critical exterior upgrades — and AJS Masonry, Inc. was selected to perform the full masonry restoration package on this key facility.

The Gloversville Public Library, a centerpiece of community life for over a century, recently underwent vital exterior restoration to preserve its historic beauty and structural integrity. With support from the Friends of the Library Celebration Fundraiser and a grant from the New York State Division of Library Development, the library was able to hire AJS Masonry, Inc. to perform expert masonry restoration on this 111-year-old building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
