Captain’s Lookout Luxury Apartments, Cohoes, NY: A 6 story multi-building apartment complex, AJS Masonry, Inc. contracted directly with the owners to install the first level concrete parking garage structure, including multiple integrated sheer walls and concrete encased structural steel columns, as well as slabs on deck and slabs on grade. We installed the foundations for Building II of this multi-building development, as well as the concrete slabs after the structure was in place.
