When the University at Albany launched construction of its new Business School building — a LEED Gold Certified, state-of-the-art academic facility — they needed trusted contractors capable of executing both structural and architectural scopes with precision. AJS Masonry, Inc. was awarded not just one, but two key packages: the full structural concrete scope and the complete masonry package.

Located in the heart of Saratoga Springs, NY, Market Center stands as a testament to the enduring value of expert masonry. This 192,000-square-foot, six-story mixed-use building blends residential and commercial space, and features architectural detailing that sets it apart — much of which was delivered by the skilled team at AJS Masonry, Inc.

As part of New York State’s initiative to revitalize and modernize its existing infrastructure, Building #5 at the Harriman State Office Campus in Albany, NY underwent critical exterior upgrades — and AJS Masonry, Inc. was selected to perform the full masonry restoration package on this key facility.

Located along one of the busiest corridors in downtown Saratoga Springs, NY, the 422 Broadway project presented a unique challenge: deliver high-end masonry craftsmanship on a tight jobsite, under a fast-paced schedule, in the heart of a vibrant commercial district.
