Concrete Foundations, Educational - Albany, NY

SUNY Albany Business School, Albany, NY: Part the University’s “green” initiative, this 133,000 square foot LEEDS Gold Certified building is 3 stories above ground, one level below grade. This foundation has nearly 4,000 cubic yards of concrete and 525 tons of rebar. AJS also constructed underground concrete service tunnels to connect the existing campus buildings. The slab work installed by AJS on this project consists of another 3,000 cubic yards of concrete.
